Who can apply for the decision to be reviewed?

The candidate, the employer or the volunteer coordinator can appeal the decision not to issue a Clearance Notice.

 

For any other decisions about a Clearance Notice, such as revocation or imposition of conditions, the candidate or a person who has applied on their behalf can lodge an appeal.
